Scarab Consulting Acquires DigIT Technologies, LIT Group, and RLS Legal Solutions- Houston, Texas – May 20, 2008 - In a recent move to expand their service capabilities, Scarab Consulting has acquired DigIT Technologies, LIT Group Inc., and RLS Legal Solutions.
